Mabuchi Motor in Chiba, Japan is currently seeking 3 Illini engineering students to join our their Summer Internship Program 2018. Mabuchi Motor is a Tokyo Stock Exchange-traded, public multinational corporation, and the world's number one manufacturer of small DC motors.
Their small electric motors, over 1.4 billion produced annually in factories in China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Mexico, are used in a wide variety of applications, from automotive uses in power windows, mirrors and seats to home appliances such as power drills, hair dryers and model cars, to electronics such as printers and DVD players, to numerous other products including medical devices, ATMs and vending machines.
Mabuchi Motor will be conducting interviews on campus from Nov. 14-16. Selected students will receive free airfare, visa assistance, a single occupancy, furnished dormitory room, and a substantial living stipend (100,000 JPY/month) for the duration of the 3 month internship.
