Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) ProgramA highly selective one-week paid internship focused on giving top students of Black/African American, Hispanic/Latino and American Indian descent the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to Bain & Company, one of the world’s top tier strategy consulting firms.

Coffee chats: Small group sessions (2-3 students per consultant) to talk candidly about working in consulting, the interview process, and how Bain is a unique and exciting place to work.
