The Field Operations Future Leaders rotational program is structured to create well-rounded, adaptable professionals who will be contributing to a wide range of projects, roles, and functional groups. They will learn how different teams contribute to Field Ops, cross-functionally, and across the business while developing relationships and gaining valuable insights. This means getting familiar with innovative technology, the industries, and Spectrum’s positioning within them. Spectrum is looking to find Bachelor and Master level graduates to fill these opportunities.

Not only will program participants have opportunities to experience different roles, they may also get to see the country — all on Spectrum. Every location and team has its own culture and dynamic. Future Leaders may travel to multiple locations to observe the culture and differing leadership styles.  (The person has to be open to relocate up to four times within the program.) Participants should finish the program with a broader understanding of Field Operations and able to make better-informed decisions about their future careers.
