Opportunities at Charter Spectrum

Charter Communications is working to recruit talent for their newly launched Rotational Program, specifically within their Field Operations Division.  Spectrum thrives at the intersection of evolving tech industries. Field Operations bridges and supports them all, with competencies including plant construction and performance, node and coax maintenance, productivity and quality assurance, and customer service. Delivering superb products and services to their customers’ homes and businesses is the goal that unites them.  Field technicians keep people and communities connected. On-call broadband and systems technicians meet a growing base’s scheduling and network needs. Hub and spoke warehouses maintain and supply our cutting-edge provisions. Dispatchers keep assignments running smoothly to meet our on-time guarantee. If you’re curious about how it all comes together, keep reading.

Spectrum employs over 95,000 people in 41 states and across multiple industries. The Field Operations Future Leaders rotational program is structured to create well-rounded, adaptable professionals who will be contributing to a wide range of projects, roles, and functional groups. They will learn how different teams contribute to Field Ops, cross-functionally, and across the business while developing relationships and gaining valuable insights. This means getting familiar with innovative technology, the industries, and Spectrum’s positioning within them. Spectrum is looking to find Bachelor and Master level graduates to fill these opportunities.

Not only will program participants have opportunities to experience different roles, they may also get to see the country — all on Spectrum. Every location and team has its own culture and dynamic. Future Leaders may travel to multiple locations to observe the culture and differing leadership styles.  (The person has to be open to relocate up to four times within the program.) Participants should finish the program with a broader understanding of Field Operations and able to make better-informed decisions about their future careers.
