Confidence through Mind and Body Techniques: TED Talk Lunch
Tuesday, November 1st | Noon-1PM | 143 Mechanical Engineering Building
Join us in watching two TedTalks followed by discussions in small groups. Amy Cuddy's "Your body language shapes who you are" explores how we can become more confident and powerful just through our body positions, and Eduardo Briceno's "Power of belief" discusses a growth mindset vs a fixed mindset. Group discussions will focus on how we can incorporate these ideas into our lives individually and help peers and students achieve success. Lunch will be provided. Please fill out this form if you will be attending.
