Join us to learn about healthy eating, nutrition, and dieting from Justin Parel, a graduate student in the Department of Kinesiology and Community Health at UIUC. He will be discussing “flexible dieting,” a relatively new approach to dieting ,and we will go through some healthy choices for eating out in the Champaign-Urbana area! Please RSVP for lunch here!
