Dear Professionals and Alumni,

As an alumnus and professional you have a breadth of opportunities to stay involved with the UIUC SWE section and continue to support women in engineering. With our diverse community, you will have the opportunity to meet with a wide variety of girls in both majors and personalities and begin to make connections with top students.

In addition, we would love to partner with you and your company. Every year we host 200+ events focusing on professional development, networking, outreach, recruitment and much more. Our events are run by all members of the society, from freshmen to seniors, and these members are managed by the officer board. This allows for incredible leadership growth and valuable experience for every member involved with SWE. Please feel free to explore our website to truly understand the impact our section has on its members and the surrounding community. Upcoming Events with SWE

Happy Hours with Professionals and Alumni - The Professional Liaison Committee will be hosting Happy Hours at Firehaus for a chance for SWE Student Members to network with professionals and former Illini in a more casual setting. Alumni Roundtables - The Professional Liaison Committee will be hosting alumni roundtables where professional can come speak to students in a casual setting about various topics. General Meetings - Every month SWE UIUC hosts general meetings with a successful company. The general meetings provide opportunities for SWE Members to find out about upcoming events and network with professionals.
