What does NomCom do?
The Nominating Committee (NomCom) helps you achieve your leadership goals within SWE. We support all SWE Committees and Members by attending all of SWE Illinois’s events. Our main responsibility is to oversee the election process by creating a fair and friendly election environment, ensuring transparent practices throughout, and coordinating and distributing election materials in a timely manner.
