On behalf of Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory, we wanted to make you aware of an exciting opportunity to engage with us. We’re seeking students with STEM majors/minors for our annual Cyber Threat Competition.

The Deloitte Foundation sponsors the Cyber Threat Competition as a fun and innovative way for students of all majors to test and showcase their knowledge, and to grapple with the kinds of challenges that companies from all industries encounter every day. Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory Cyber Risk practice helps complex organizations more confidently leverage advanced technologies to achieve their strategic growth, innovation, and performance objectives through proactive management of the associated cyber risks.

The competition* consists of two rounds:

Round 1: Tackle the security questionnaire and beat the online cyber challenge. Round 1 submissions are due November 1, 2019 at 5:00 PM EDT.

Round 2: Compete in the Cyber Simulation at Deloitte University on February 20, 2020 – February 22, 2020.

The highlight of this competition is a live, in-person event in which finalists engage in a Cyber Simulation at Deloitte University in Westlake, Texas. Students will have the opportunity to present to, and meet with, leaders from Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory's Cyber Risk practice.
